This appeal is taken from an order revoking appellant's probation. He entered a plea of guilty on January 5, 1970, to a charge of possession of marihuana, and received a punishment of five years' confinement, probated. A motion to revoke appellant's probation was filed October 12, 1971, alleging that appellant had violated the terms of his probation by committing the offense of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony theft,...
