The defendant appeals from an order denying a motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 93 [§ 21-1-1(93), N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl.Vol. 4)]. He was convicted of rape in 1965 and his conviction was affirmed by the Supreme Court in State v. Sedillo, 76 N.M. 273, 414 P.2d 500 (1966).
