In this case the Court, on April 7, 1972, temporarily restrained the Defendants from proceeding with the resurvey of Spartan Aviation, Inc., Intervenor, to ascertain whether it was qualified to perform a contract about to be awarded by the Air Force. Thereafter, on April 17, 1972 this matter was before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and Defendants' and Intervenor's Motion...
