Tolar Bilbo injured his right knee on February 26, 1968, while in the course and scope of his employment with defendant Prestressed Concrete Products Company, Inc. An operation to repair the damage to his knee was recommended, but Mr. Bilbo preferred to continue in his employment, and did so until January 8, 1970, when he was admitted to Touro Infirmary for the operation. At that time, payments of workmen's compensation benefits at the rate of $35.00...
