Louis LaLonde, Charles Mitchlen and William Schrin were convicted in a nonjury trial in Allegheny County of illegal possession and sale of obscene literature in violation of Section 524 of the Act of June 24, 1939, P.L. 874, as amended, 18 P.S. § 4524.1 Post-trial motions were denied and sentence was imposed.
