This is an appeal from a negative judgment. Appellants, William F. Steck Company, Inc. and Indiana Distributing Company of Indianapolis, Inc. delivered certain materials to the site where the Appellees, Horty Springfield and Esther Springfield were having their new home built by R.C. Krachenfels, a contractor. After the new home was finished and the Springfields had concluded all property closing arrangements
