HARRIS, Associate Judge:

On March 13, 1972, a two-count indictment was filed in the Superior Court, charging appellee with burglary in the second degree and grand larceny. At a status hearing on May 19, 1972, the trial court heard argument with respect to a motion which had been filed by appellee's counsel. In part, that motion urged that the indictment be dismissed. At the conclusion of the hearing, the motion to dismiss was granted. We reverse and remand, thus reinstating...
