CLARK, J.

At the time of her death, Sadie Phelps was a joint tenant with Albert and Marian Allen (husband and wife) of bank accounts in the amount of $14,135.38. She also owned property valued at her death at $1,074.25 which she bequeathed to Mrs. Allen by will. Mrs. Allen, however, did not receive this bequest because claims against the estate consumed all but $300 of the probate...
