MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Petitioners proceed herein under 26 U.S.C. § 7602 and § 7604 to enforce an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) summons served on the Respondent Wesley B. Edmond.
