This is an action for declaratory and injunctive relief brought pursuant to the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The jurisdiction of this Court was invoked under 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3) and the Court has jurisdiction of this case. In her complaint filed February 3, 1972, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated the plaintiff sought to have the durational residency requirements of Section 97...
