This contest commenced when Raymond Metal Products Company (Raymond), a fabricator of metal pipe, brought suit against Fred J. Miller, Inc. (Miller), a dredging contractor, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County to enforce payment of the price at which some 1,660 feet of dredging pipe had been sold by Raymond to Miller. Miller filed a general issue plea and a counterclaim
