This is a damage suit arising out of an automobile—truck collision. William Latham was killed in the accident. Plaintiff, Dorothy Latham, widow of the deceased, acting individually and as next friend of Janice Latham and Gregory Latham, and Carmon Latham, mother of the deceased brought suit for damages under the wrongful death statute. Plaintiff, Truitt L. Little, a passenger in the Latham automobile, brought suit for damages for personal injuries...
