Memorandum.

In a condemnation proceeding, petitioner appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 23, 1971, which inter alia confirmed the report of the Commissioners of Appraisal. Order and judgment affirmed, with one bill of costs to respondents Fields and Grossman. No opinion.
