This is a personal injury suit wherein Walter Kachmar, as plaintiff in the trial court and appellant here, sued Leeland Jack Holst and his alleged employer, Stewart Title Company, appellee. The trial court rendered summary judgment in behalf of Stewart Title Company. Appellant's alleged cause of action against Stewart Title Company was severed so as to lend finality to that judgment and this is an appeal therefrom.
