OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of robbery by assault. After a finding of guilt by the jury, the trial court assessed the punishment at life. Another cases against this appellant was tried at the same time and decided today, Willis v. State, 479 S.W.2d 301 (No. 44,914).
