CARTER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant, Wilbur McCord, was convicted of murder in the second degree and robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon by Judge James W. Murphy, sitting non-jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, and sentenced to prison for 30 years and 10 years respectively, sentences to run consecutively. The two charges were contained in separate indictments which were consolidated for the purpose of trial. The appellant appeals...
