This is a medical malpractice suit brought by George M. Ross, appellant, against two physicians, Dr. Malcolm Sher and Dr. M. F. Gottlieb. At the close of evidence, the trial court granted a motion for instructed verdict as to Dr. Gottlieb. Special Issues were submitted to the jury as to Dr. Sher.
