TYSON, Judge.

The indictment charges murder in the first degree. Verdict and judgment of guilty of murder in second degree resulted in sentence of twenty-five years in the penitentiary.

The evidence is undisputed that the appellant, Willie James Frazier, killed one Ernest Meriweather by shooting him with a .32 caliber pistol. The testimony established that the deceased was employed as a bouncer at the "Tuiauna Club" in the City of Montgomery. His primary duties...
