Two women employees sought relief against the Rath Packing Company and the United Packinghouse, Food and Allied Workers, A.F.L.-C.I.O., Local No. 46, under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a), arising out of the Company's alleged breach of a collective bargaining agreement.
