The defendant, Walter Clark, of Brownsville, Vt., was charged with the offense of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor at Windsor, Vt., on July 18, 1971. Jury trial was held before the Vermont District Court, Unit No. 6, Windsor Circuit, on October 29, 1971.
