Defendant father appeals from an order denying his motion for change of custody of the parties' five-year-old daughter. The date of the divorce decree giving custody to the plaintiff mother was February 27, 1970. In September 1970 defendant moved for change of custody and after a contested hearing the trial judge denied the motion. The instant motion was filed November 23, 1971.
