This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the appellees against the appellant on a jury verdict for damages1 stemming from the alleged negligent operation of an automobile involved in a collision at the intersection of 5th and H Streets, N.W.

The only issue raised by appellant is the trial court's refusal to give an instruction on contributory negligence inasmuch as appellant's answer did not...
