ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

On November 10, 1970, appellant entered a plea of guilty before the court to the offense of driving while intoxicated a motor vehicle upon a public highway. The court assessed his punishment at 6 months in the county jail and at a fine of $150, but placed the appellant on probation for a period of 1 year under the provisions of Article 42.13, Vernon's Ann.C.C.P. ...
