On appeal. Appellant, an indigent represented by Court appointed counsel, was tried and convicted of murder. Court appointed counsel, other than trial counsel, represented him on appeal. His points on appeal,1 although not waived, have not been briefed, with the exception of one: ineffective assistance of counsel.
