The New England Hospital (the hospital) brought a petition against the Attorney General and the trustees of a trust established under the will of Ada Augusta Draper. After receiving a statement of agreed facts and hearing evidence, of which there is a transcript before us, the judge entered a decree from which the hospital appealed.
