Plaintiff, Big Chief Drilling Company (Big Chief) obtained an Oil and Gas Well Drilling Rig Tool Floater Policy from Defendant, Argonaut Insurance Companies d/b/a Argonaut-Southwest Insurance Company (Argonaut), effective from March 23, 1967 to March 23, 1970.
