This is a direct appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Criminal Court of Record of Dade County finding him guilty of robbery and sentencing him to life imprisonment in the state prison. In the course of the proceedings below the trial judge passed on the constitutionality of Rule 3.250, CrPR, 33 F.S.A., concluding that it did not violate the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, thereby vesting jurisdiction over the appeal...
