Wagner, died April 2, 1948, leaving a will dated March 11, 1931, and a codicil thereto dated February 6, 1946, a copy of each of which is attached, whereby he gave his residuary estate to his trustee to pay the net income to his mother (she predeceased) and his sister, Laura B. Wagner, for life, and upon the death of the survivor of them to distribute the principal three-twentieths to each...
