This is an appeal from a judgment taken on confirmation of default in the Lower Court. The appellant is Aleck Schultz.

From the record we find that on May 6, 1971, the plaintiff filed suit to enforce a materialman's lien, against certain property in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, and named as defendants Aleck Schultz, the owner of the property, and George Alexander, a contractor.
