Francis E. White, the defendant, being confined in the Mercer County Jail, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Testimony was taken throughout most of the day of October 13, 1972, after which the writ of habeas corpus was denied. By agreement of the parties through their counsel, rather than return the matter to the district magistrate for a repetition of the receipt of the testimony given before the court in the habeas corpus...
