Plaintiff, an employee or former employee1 of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, initiated this action on May 31, 1972, to restrain Defendants, officials of that agency, from terminating her employment prior to an administrative determination of the merits of her discharge. Defendants almost immediately responded with a motion to dismiss, and it is that motion which is presently before the Court.
