In a three-count information filed March 26, 1970, defendant was charged with oral copulation (Pen. Code, § 288a) in count I, sodomy (Pen. Code, § 286) in count II, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (Pen. Code, § 272) in count III. Defendant pleaded not guilty. Trial was by jury.
