These consolidated cases arise out of a Mississippi River collision between two tows which caused substantial damage to a number of barges and their cargo. Claims have been asserted by the owners, operators and bare-boat charterers of the towboats, their damaged barges and cargo to recover for the damages sustained as a result of this collision.
