Victor Milam, appellee, brought this suit against Monsanto Company and an employee of Monsanto Company, Herbert Hutson, for burn injuries sustained at Monsanto's Chocolate Bayou Plant. Judgment based upon the answers to special issues was rendered for plaintiff Milam against defendant Monsanto, but not against defendant Hutson, in the amount of $83,750.00. Monsanto has appealed.
