Nearly nine years ago, on September 13, 1963, one of the appellants, William Carlile Jr., then about two years old, was injured in a collision with some shopping carts while accompanying his mother and other relatives to appellee's variety store, Two Guys from Harrison, Glen Burnie, Inc. Both parties agree that the accident occurred with at least minimal injury being done young...
