This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court dismissing plaintiff's amended complaint and his cause of action.1

The plaintiff-appellant was duly elected a Circuit Judge, Cook County, Illinois, in 1968. He was removed from office "for cause" by the Illinois Courts Commission2 on July 14, 1970.
