Elliott Lawson purchased two adjoining lots in a residential subdivision known as "Vanderbilt Hills" from Citizens & Southern National Bank of South Carolina, the appellant herein, as trustee under the will of R.B. Cleveland, deceased. Thereafter, he and his wife built a residence on said lots which they occupied for a time as a home. The husband and wife were divorced and the property was conveyed...
