These two suits were instituted in the Twenty-second Judicial District Court in the Parish of St. Tammany and were consolidated for trial. One judgment was rendered therein disposing of both suits. In No. 8719 judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant, Christy-Ann-Lea, Inc., and against the plaintiffs, Jacques A.
