Three indictments were returned against the defendant, one charging burglary and two charging separate armed robberies. The defendant, through the public defender, entered into a plea arrangement with the state's attorney. The terms of the agreement, which were related to the trial court, were that if defendant would plead guilty to both armed robbery charges, the state's attorney...
