This is a suit for declaratory judgment filed by Mrs. E. Lillian Campbell in the District Court of Austin County, Texas, to have a certain earnest money contract and contract of sale of realty declared null and void. Mrs. Campbell, as seller, brought suit after having executed the above contract for the sale of 280 acres of land in Austin County.
