Plaintiff, Peter J. Rebaudo, brought this suit against his employer's compensation carrier claiming that he was totally and permanently disabled as a result of an accident which occurred within the course and scope of his employment, and that he is therefore entitled to workmen's compensation at the rate of $35 a week for 400 weeks.
