This is a consolidated appeal from several portions of a final order of taking and supplemental order in an eminent domain action by Dade County, Florida, for three parcels of land within the proposed Black Point Park. In 71-1066, Dade County appeals the order of the circuit court denying them the right to take parcel 6 of the land in controversy and owned by the appellee Traurig. 71-1124 and 71-1125 are an interlocutory and full appeal by the owners...
