Plaintiff, a financing company, filed suit against the defendants to collect certain unearned premiums on automobile insurance policies that were cancelled. Siegel Agency Inc. filed a third-party complaint and brought in the Davises and the Grants as third-party defendants. After a five day non-jury trial, the court held in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $15,771.16 plus interest, and against the Davis-Grant Agency and the Cadillac Mutual Insurance...
