Mrs. Gladys Carroll, widow of Lewis Carroll, brought this suit pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying her claim for disability and surviving widow's insurance benefits.
