Upon a negotiated plea of guilty to separate charges of having forged an endorsement upon a check for $942.80 and of having uttered that check, the appellant was sentenced to ten years imprisonment upon each charge, the sentences to run concurrently. Thereafter the appellant filed the present petition for postconviction relief under Criminal Procedure Rule 1. After a hearing at which the appellant testified, the trial court denied the petition...
