Plaintiff appeals from an order granting defendants' motion for accelerated judgment. Against a backdrop of complaint, amended complaint and second amended complaint, we will define the nature of the right sought to be enforced, determine the applicable statute of limitations, and decide the equitable relief, if any, available to the plaintiff.
