Appellants appeal from judgments of conviction after jury trial in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. The indictment had charged each appellant (and two other defendants) with possession of stolen goods which had been moving in interstate commerce, knowing same to have been stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659 (1970).
