Policy No. 1-075857 of plaintiff, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, was in effect on October 22, 1966 when property of Western Hills Bowling Center in Wichita Falls was damaged by fire. The insurance company paid, then sought recovery against its local insurance agent, the defendant Jess Campbell Insurance Agency.
