This is a suit for damages resulting from an automobile collision. The petitioners are Garney H. Cannon, who sues individually and for and on behalf of his minor children, Kathy Cannon, Michael Cannon and Mark Cannon, and Mrs. Garney H. Cannon. The defendants are Alvin F.
