The appellant, Randy L. Williamson, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell the same. (K.S.A. 65-2501 [13], K.S.A. 1971 Supp. 65-2502 and 65-2519 [a].) Williamson was convicted by a jury and sentenced by the district court to confinement for a period of not less than one nor more than ten years.
